Tens of millions of our cold headed parts are used in countries throughout the world in automotive, solar, construction, material handling, and in many other markets.
Our plant boasts 150,000 square feet of manufacturing space to handle any project.
Ranging from diameters of 2.5mm to 19mm and lengths of 10mm to 225mm, our cold heading department offers a wide range of possibilities made possible by a variety of cold forming equipment manufactured by Nakashimada, Sacma, and Jern Yao.
Fastco Industries’ uses the latest thread rolling technologies offered by manufacturers Saspi and Sanmei. Whether it is roll forming, SEMS product, special rolled features or standard threads, Fastco is ready to meet and exceed its customers’ expectations.
Fastco possesses a full line of laser and vision inspection systems to ensure full compliance to customer requirements. In addition, eddy current inspection can provide an additional level of assurance for meeting customer hardness and tensile specifications.
Fastco maintains a full service tool room ready to meet today’s demand for speed and precision. With in-house tool making capability, Fastco aims to meet the needs of its customer in the shortest possible time. With lead time at a premium, Fastco’s in-house cold heading tooling capability can support the customer’s needs for quicker samples and shorter lead time for revision level changes.
In order to provide its customers with fasteners for a wide range of applications, Fastco has developed a diverse supply chain of heat treaters, metal coaters, and adhesive applicators. Because of rigorous automotive requirements, only suppliers that are ISO-9001 or IATF-16949 registered are considered as potential Fastco suppliers.
