The process of cold forming does not cut any material away in order to form the new part. Consequently, there is a minimal amount of material waste for high efficiency which lowers the overall cost of raw materials. High Nickel Alloy Stainless Steel
High nickel alloy steel is both strong and highly versatile, as well as heat-resistant. It also has low thermal expansion as well as high corrosion-resistance against a broad array of corrosive environments such as chemicals, petroleum, and seawater. Nickel alloys are a special class of metal alloys which contain a high concentration of nickel, often greater than 20%. It also contains a varying percentage of carbon composition.

Stainless steel A286 is a heat and corrosion resistant austenitic iron-base material that can be age hardened to a high strength level. It is designed for use at temperatures up to 1,300°F where good corrosion resistance, excellent creep strength and high tensile strength are required.
