COMPENSATION:	$16 - $17 per hour

Job Overview:

The Visual Sort position is responsible for visually inspecting Fastco products by hand to ensure that all parts are free from defects before they are sent to customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform visual quality inspections of products following the established process flow.
Operate electronic inspection machines as needed.
Build and organize support supplies for the department.
Make accurate and complete data entries into the ERP system, PLEX.
Participate in all continuous improvement initiatives and duties within the department.
Cross-train in other positions and perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements for Education, Experience, and Skills:

Basic data entry and math skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move between 50 lbs. and 75 lbs.
Capable of performing repetitive actions with hands for inspecting parts, as well as occasional bending and stooping.
Comfortable with frequent, prolonged periods of sitting.
Must abide by the Fastco safety procedures due to the hazards in the manufacturing work environment, including hearing protection, eye protection, and proper footwear and clothing.

Compensation Package:

$16 – $17 starting hourly rate (contingent on experience level with room for advancement)
